Sundried tomato bitters
We began experimting with sundried tomatoes in bitters on a whim, as a seasonal product, and it has turned out to be one of the more popular bitters we make!
We were struck with the fruity sweetness of sundried tomatoes, and began thinking of pairing it with the floral herbiness of a classic Herbs de Provence mix! This is not a bitter to relegate solely to Bloody Marys or Ceasars! It is every bit as fruity and luscious as the Apricot or Cherry, and works beautifully in classic Manhattans! The savoury notes also lend themselves to a fabulous pairing with Mezcals and aged Tequilas!
